So. The big takeaway: I took these tests the same day that I took the other tests I posted earlier, in which I got several of my first ever 100%'s.
Basically, there is the skill of knowing how to decline nouns. But then knowing WHICH case it is is an entirely different skill. Both are hard. Both are important.
They are exactly like my friend described in this analogy: it's like how arithmetic is how you do anything in math. It's like how basic muscle movement is how you do anything in sports. It's the same thing. Very hard for me.
